RETURN POLICY

 At this time, we do not offer returns.

However, Prima Bella is committed to supplying you with high-quality items for your home. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we would highly value your input and the chance to make things right.

SHIPPING POLICY

We use USPS or UPS for all shipping and charge a flat rate of $7.00 per order. Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 days of receiving your order, with shipments going out Monday through Wednesday only to avoid candles sitting in a warehouse / delivery truck that is not climate controlled. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time, so please plan ahead when ordering a gift, or for an event or holiday.
